What types of roofs can you clean?
We clean asphalt shingle, tile, metal, and most residential roofing materials using safe soft washing methods designed to remove algae, moss, and stains.
Will roof cleaning damage my shingles?
No. We do not use high pressure on roofs. Our soft wash process gently removes buildup without loosening granules or shortening the life of your shingles.
What are those black streaks on my roof?
The dark streaks are typically algae (Gloeocapsa magma) that feeds on roofing materials. Our treatment kills the algae at the root and restores the roof’s appearance.
How often should my roof be cleaned?
Most roofs benefit from cleaning every 3–5 years, depending on shade, moisture levels, nearby trees, and local climate conditions.
Do I need to be home during the service?
Not usually. As long as we have access to water and the exterior of the home, we can safely complete the roof cleaning while you’re away.
Will your cleaning solutions harm my plants or pets?
