How often should I wash my house?

The time to pressure wash or soft wash a house can vary on many factors including the type of siding, the size of the house and the water flow of the property. On average, our typical house wash project takes between 2-3 hours. 

We always make sure to take the best possible care of your plants and property. We go above and beyond to ensure the proper protection of your plants. Our detergrents, when used properly, will not cause any damage to your property.

You do not need to be home in order for us to perform the washing service. However, we would prefer you to be home so that you can look around the house for a final inspection. If you are not home at the completion of the job, we can simply have you take a look around when you are home to confirm that you are satisfied with our work.

If it is raining the day of service we will still plan on doing the wash as normal. We wash in rain, wind, and sun! However, if there is lightning, we will have to postpone the washing for a few hours until the lightning passes. In some cases, the cleaning may be rescheduled for the next available date.

Yes! We specialize in removing the "green stuff" from your siding. That green stuff is really just algae growing on your siding. Our cleaning process not only removes it but it also kills it and keeps it away for a longer time than just pressure washing it.

When we clean a house it include much more than just the siding. We wash the siding, trim, facia, window sills, gutters, trim, downspouts, garage doors, pillars, and soffits.

We rinse the windows with our house washing mixture which is meant to make the windows look clean and clear, which does not cost you any extra. However, we do not use a brush or squeegee to clean the windows. We also do not clean the insides of the gutters.
